MedicoTech was founded by Thato Masia, whose experience in clinical psychology and entrepreneurship highlighted a recurring challenge across healthcare environments: highly skilled professionals were spending significant time managing documentation, administrative tasks, and complex workflows alongside their clinical responsibilities.

What began as an effort to improve workflow efficiency within psychological practice evolved into a broader vision: creating digital solutions that support healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines while preserving the quality, integrity, and accountability of professional practice.

Today, MedicoTech continues to build technology in collaboration with experienced healthcare professionals, with the goal of helping individuals and organisations work more efficiently, increase capacity, and deliver better outcomes without losing sight of the people at the centre of healthcare.
